Read Cloud will change how you view eBooks

Read Cloud wants to take eBooks to the next level by making them interactive across various social media platforms and expanding what can be done by a traditional book. Why just read a book online?

ReadCloud eBooks allow students, friends, instructors or book club members to share their thoughts inside an eBook in real-time by posting annotations as text, links, pictures or video. They can even make direct posts to Twitter or Facebook!

Teachers can use ReadCloud to encourage discussion to share information and teaching points with their students online. Perfect for online co-ops or classes!

Readers will have access to an instant dictionary. Just double-click any word and look it up instantly in Dictionary, Wikipedia or even Google!

At the end ReadCloud will even provide a summary of your book annotations, comments or lookups.

Several million eBooks are available for free and you can upload your own book or teaching material. ReadCloud turns existing PCs/Macs, laptoops and (soon) mobile phones into eBook readers without a ned to invest in additional eReading hardware.

Register free and test drive it for yourself.

This is a great site for students and teachers. I love that people are out their creating content to encourage students to pick up books and discuss them. Thanks for sharing and I love your blog.
